University of Mandalay and Nanyang Technological University Workshop on the Belt and Road Initiative
On 27th and 28th February, 2019, the co-organized by University of Mandalay and Nanyang Technological University Workshop on “The Belt and Road Initiative and Singapore-Myanmar Collaboration: Enhancing Policymaking for Economic Development” was held at Mercure Mandalay Hill Resort. There was attended by H.E.Venessa Chan who is Singapore ambassador and Dr Myo Kywe who is Chairman of National Education Policy Commission, Myanmar. Professor Liu Hong, director of NTU, Singapore and professor Thida Win, Rector of University of Mandalay, Myanmar acted as organizers in this workshop. Pro rectors of UM and Mandalay University of Foreign Languages; Deputy Director of Kunming University; Vice President of Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co.,Ltd and professor & head of International Relations of UM as well as consultants and general managers of Companies were actively participated in this workshop. Moreover by raising valuable questions, all participants discussed.
